We, however, accept returns/exchanges for any damages to our items during shipping. Although our team takes utmost care in packaging your items carefully and in bubblewrap, there are rare chances of damage to the jewelry due to poor handling during the shipping process. In such cases, we require a photo/video of the item when opened sent to us at 562.250.5319 or emailed at info@aurumdesignerjewelry.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Our team will examine the item and consider the return/exchange. Exchanges are provided for items of equal or greater monetary amount than the purchased item. For returns, we provide full refund once the damaged item is received by us. We do not provide reimbursement for shipping the item back to us.
